How long does shipping take and what does it cost?
Shipping times depend on your location. You'll see the estimated delivery time and exact cost during checkout.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly, which means changes or cancellations are not always possible. Email us as soon as possible at info@atelieravelie.com and we'll do our best to help.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please let us know within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll fix it right away at no extra cost to you.
